A person commits the offense of unlawful carry of a weapon if the person intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly carries on or about their person a firearm in a vehicle while the firearm is in plain view without a holster or while in commission of a criminal offense other than a Class C Misdemeanor regulating traffic or boating.

(3) Public Display of a Firearm

A person commits the offense of unlawful carry of a weapon if the person intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly carries on or about their person a firearm and displays the firearm in plain view of another person in a public place without the firearm being in a holster.

(4) Carrying a Firearm while Intoxicated

A person commits the offense of unlawful carry of a weapon if the person intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly carries on or about their person a firearm while intoxicated.
