Attorney Routledge graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law with honors and a concentration in criminal law, justice, and policy. Prior to law school, he obtained a Masters of Science in Forensic Psychology with a concentration in criminal investigations and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in intelligence and national security studies.

Attorney Archer gradudated from Texas A&M University School of Law with a concentration in criminal law, justice and policy. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Forensic Science.

Attorney Sloane is a nationally recognized criminal defense attorney known for attacking police misconduct and illegal actions. With over 40 years of experience in the Texas criminal justice system as a criminal defense attorney and former police lieutenant, Attorney Sloane methodically analyzes criminal accusations with his in-depth knowledge of criminal investigations, crime scene analysis, and law enforcement tactics.
Attorney Sloane has received numerous awards for his professional excellence, such as Nation’s Top One Percent Distinguished Counsel, Top 100 National Trial Lawyer, admission to the State Bar College, and NORML Legislative Committee. After retiring from law enforcement, Attorney Sloane graduated from the Oklahoma City University School of Law, opened his criminal defense practice, and began defending the accused throughout Texas.

Anissa Routledge serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Routledge Law Firm, where she oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, strategic business planning, and client service initiatives. With a strong background in management, organization, and efficiency, Anissa plays a critical role in ensuring Routledge Law Firm runs smoothly.
A firm believer in innovation and continuous improvement, Anissa is committed to enhancing technology integration, case management systems, and overall firm productivity. Anissa’s leadership on the business front, allows the attorneys at Routledge Law Firm to remain focused on being at the forefront of criminal defense representation in Fort Worth and beyond.
Prior to joining Routledge Law Firm, Anissa obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas, a Master of Science in General Psychology with a focus on doctoral preparation from Regent University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at El Paso.

She manage appointments, handles client inquiries, and coordinates with the attorneys to keep cases moving efficiently. Dedicated to providing a seamless client experience, Ariah helps foster trust and confidence, ensuring every client feels heard and supported.
Ariah is currently enrolled at the University of North Texas where she is working on obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in public administration. After graduating, Ariah aims to attend law school to one day become an attorney to influence community outreach, legistlation, public policy, and the law.
