(2) Criminal Street Gang

(3) Prior Family Violence Conviction
A person commits the offense of unlawful possession of a firearm if the person possesses a firearm after being convicted of assault causing bodily injury - family violence and before the fifth anniversary of the person’s release from confinement or supervision.
(4) Protective Order
A person commits the offense of unlawful possession of a firearm if the person possesses a firearm after receiving notice of the protective order and before the expiration of the order.
